EMMA BAILEY

DIRECTOR

I have worked in event management for over 20 years. During which time I have amassed a significant breadth of experience creating, managing and implementing events across Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia, India and Africa. I appreciate how important it is to work in a strong partnership with my Clients; understanding their aims, really caring about their processes and delivering their vision.

Before working full time in events I worked for a global media corporation based in London, Los Angeles and New York. My professional experience means I have an in-depth knowledge of working with different cultures, time zones and business environments.

I am slightly OCD about my attention to logistics and am always keen to innovate and embrace cutting edge technologies. I was proud to volunteer as a Games Maker at London 2012, be a Tour Maker at the Tour De France and have been helping out at vaccination centres during the COVID pandemic in 2021 & 2022.

I started Eventgems in 2014 with some wonderful support from Clients and since then the answer to the below quote is an unmitigated YES!

“IF TODAY WERE THE LAST DAY OF MY LIFE, WOULD I WANT TO DO WHAT I AM ABOUT TO DO TODAY?”
